is a bi-level room that seats 500 to 600 people.
This room has windows that face a spectacular view of
Pinnacle Peak. The bandstand is on the lower level and is
visible to the entire room. West 40 has 2 bars, 2
fireplaces,
a separate entrance, private restroom facilities, and is
connected to the Palo Verde Patio by a short walkway.
