Pinnacle Peak Patio Brewery

Cowgirl Blonde Ale
This pale-colored beer is fermented with ale yeast.  However, it is treated more like a lager - fermented at a cooler temperature and cold stored for at least three weeks before serving.  This beer has a very light body with a subtle yet balanced bitterness and a light chardonnay-like flavor.  Cowgirl Blonde finishes dry and clean and is a perfect foil to those hot Arizona days.

Pinnacle Peak Pale Ale
A real American Pale Ale, golden-copper in color, with an assertive hoppiness and a floral, citrusy aroma, medium body and a slightly dry finish.
Pinnacle Peak Amber Ale
An American Amber Ale with a deep copper to amber color.  This medium bodied, malty beer has a balanced bitterness with moderate hop flavor and aroma and a malty finish.
Barbed Wire Brown
This American Brown Ale is malty with a slight roasty and chocolate aroma.  It has a medium bitterness with a noticeable hop flavor and aroma.  This beer finishes with just a hint of chocolate malt...and will keep you coming back for more.
SEASONAL BEERS

SPRING
Traditional Bock

This dark brown lager beer is mildly, sweet with low hop bitterness and flavor (hop aroma is not noticeable).  It is a medium to full bodied beer traditionally released in early spring and has a noticeably higher alcohol content of about 6.7%.

Weizenbock
This cloudy amber beer begins with a slight banana aroma and evolves into a wheat beer with a definite malty sweetness.  It has some chocolate and coffee flavors that complement the banana and clove character the yeast imparts.

SUMMER
Hefeweizen

Our pale Bavarian hefeweizen is refreshingly light.  With low hop bitterness, pronounced banana aroma and subtle clove flavors - this beer is popular even with non-beer drinkers.  This unfiltered wheat ale is highly effervescent giving it a great, refreshing taste.

Honey Wheat
An American wheat ale brewed with local mesquite honey.  It is light in both color and body and is sparingly hopped.  The honey aroma is inviting and the light, clean finish makes this a nice beer for summer.

WINTER
Gunslinger Stout

This is definitely our brew of choice during the winter.  It is an Imperial Stout brewed true to style with 8.0% alcohol and 60 I.B.U.'s.  Historically, this beer was brewed and exported by the English to the royal court of Russia, and was enjoyed by Catherine the Great.  It is very rich and full flavored and compliments most chocolate desserts.

Winter Porter
A classic robust, porter with a rich, toasty, chocolate-like flavor.  We've added some special winter-time spices to help take the edge off "Old Man Winter."   With medium hoppiness and smooth finish this porter makes a great fireside treat.
